Our staff is available to walk you through the steps of choosing an education abroad program that is right for you!

Advising Center

The Education Abroad Advising Center is centrally located in the International Center. It is staffed by Peer Advisers who have already participated in a program abroad and have been trained to answer a variety of questions. Walk-ins are welcomed and encouraged!

Education Abroad 101

EA101 sessions provide an overview about education abroad at Michigan State. They are intended to help guide students through the first steps of finding a program that meets their needs and interests. Topics covered include using the online program search, navigating the application process, finding funding opportunities and more. (Students should attend an EA101 prior to meeting with a program coordinator or applying to a program.)

MSU College Contacts

Representatives have been appointed as Education Abroad College Contacts by their respective colleges to provide advice and guidance on education abroad for their majors. They can advise on academic matters, answer questions about programs sponsored by their college, and provide enrollment support like signing Course Approval Forms.
