Whether this will be your first or tenth time abroad, our office is ready to answer questions you have about education abroad.

During the academic year, we offer advising in the Education Abroad Advising Center for students who want to learn more about studying abroad at Michigan State. We cover basic topics during our conversations including:

  • Via Global profiles and program search
  • Program selection and application process
  • Deadlines, forms, and documents
  • Scholarships and funding options
  • Program costs and billing info
  • General advice

Walk-in Hours:

  • 11 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday
  • International Center, room 108

After Hours:

  • Appointments via Zoom
  • Mornings and Evenings, Monday through Friday
  • Scheduled by choosing a day and time on the calendar below.

MEET OUR PEER ADVISERS!


To make the most of your advising appointment, prepare by attending an EA101 webinar. This session will give you basic information about how to research program options, get started with academic planning, and look into finances for study abroad, including financial aid and scholarships. The webinar takes about 25 minutes.
