Biography: Doreen Sheridan is the Academic Records Coordinator in the Office for Education Abroad. In this role, she manages the Education Abroad Course Approval system and is responsible for
placeholder credit enrollment and transcript processing for our exchange and direct enrollment programs.
Originally from Germany, Doreen came to the U.S. as an international student more than 20 years ago. She studied Linguistics and Psychology at Montclair State University in New Jersey and earned an MBA from Kettering University in Flint, Michigan. Doreen has worked in the field of international education for more than 15 years and is passionate about the value of global learning.
Doreen has enjoyed exploring the East Coast and several other U.S. states, but she really appreciates the state of Michigan with its natural beauty, history, and culture. She loves exploring this great state and has come to appreciate the long Michigan winters as seen through the eyes of her two kids.
