Dr. Len Fleck, faculty director for the Medical Ethics and Health Policy in London program, wrote an interesting piece for the Center for Ethics Bioethics Blog that highlights the amazing connection between his program content and the Charlie Gard case while in the UK this summer.  The situation directly related to the ethics, genetics, and policy issues addressed in the program.  Students were very engaged knowing this was happening just a few blocks away from them.

See Charlie Gard: An Unnecessary Tragedy for Dr. Fleck's entire blog entry.
